Policies and Terms

At Refine, we are committed to making registration and participation in our programs clear and transparent.

The following policies apply to the programs and services provided by Refine unless different terms are expressly stated in the details of a specific program or service.

Please read these policies carefully before registering or paying any fees.

1. Program Registration

Registration is subject to seat availability and the requirements of each program or cohort.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the program description, attendance format, fees, payment dates, and any special requirements before completing registration.

Registration is not considered final until all required procedures have been completed and the applicable fee or payment has been made in accordance with the program’s terms.

2. Refund Policy

Before the Program Begins

A participant may request a refund at least 10 days before the program start date.

Any non-refundable administrative or bank charges will be deducted, where applicable.

After the Program Begins

Fees are non-refundable once the program has begun, as delivery of the training content has started and the participant’s place in the group has been reserved.

3. Exceptional Circumstances and Deferrals

If exceptional circumstances prevent a participant from completing the program, they may contact Refine management to request that their participation be deferred to a later cohort.

Deferral is subject to:

Seat availability in the next cohort.

The nature of the program.

Approval by Refine management.

Deferral is not an automatic participant entitlement.

4. Cancellation by Refine

If Refine cancels a program, the participant may choose between:

A refund of the amounts paid for the cancelled program.

Or

Transfer to another cohort as agreed with Refine management.

5. Fees and Currencies

The fee for each program or service is stated before registration.

For programs that allow payment in more than one currency, the available currencies are explained to the participant before payment is completed.

The Coaching Program, for example, accepts payment in Egyptian pounds or US dollars according to the relevant cohort details.

6. Payment Methods

Payment methods vary according to each program and the available registration system.

They may include:

Cash.

Visa.

Any other payment method formally announced by Refine.

Participants are responsible for confirming the fee and payment method before completing the transaction.

7. Installment Policy

An installment plan may be available for certain programs in accordance with the payment plan approved by Refine management.

Choosing an installment plan commits the participant to paying the program fee in full according to the agreed amounts and dates.

Stopping attendance or failing to complete a program after it begins does not cancel the remaining installments or amounts due.

8. Attendance

The attendance format for each cohort is announced before registration.

Participants are responsible for confirming that the attendance format suits them before completing registration.

10. Certificates and Accreditation

The type of certificate provided and any accreditation associated with a program are expressly stated in the official information for each course or cohort.

Refine is also committed to not using the description “accredited” or making unsupported professional promises without the necessary information.
